Help!

I getting the following message in my outlook express and outlook will not send mail but is receiving, can anyone help

Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: ‘421 concurrent connections limit in avast exceeded’, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

Try editing the avast4.ini (use you favorite text editor) and increase the number of MaxConnections=20 to a figure that doesn’t give the error.
