Avast, I would like to inquire the reason that our site has been blocked. We would like to petition its removal from your blacklist. If you can provide a reason why it is blocked, I am sure we can find a way to accommodated our users to insure their safety. We were given no notice that our domain/ip is being blocked.

That’s strange as surely the network shield blocks at domain/sub-domain level.
Something else strange, looking at Bob’s image I visited the page and it was basically all text. I find that adblock plus is blocking filebeam.com also.
Thanks for your reply. We now scan every file that is introduced into our network. Some how, there was a backdoor into our upload system that would allow some uploads to bypass our antivirus scanner. This is now fixed and files affected are now removed. How should we go about clearing our domain off the black list?
Ask for a review of the site again, outlining the problem and the resolution, a link to this topic may also help. That would only cover the avast detections, URLVoid isn’t related to avast so you would have to contact them and see if they have any easy way to get de-listed with the other sources that consider it infected.
