Smart Scan says Adobe Reader is outdated. The update says "Update failes. The version after running your software update does not match the required version. Try again or update manually. My version: Adobe Reader DC (15.020.20042)

Try this…

Avast UI > Scan > Scan for Outdated Software > Software Updater Settings > Database Reset (troubleshooting) > Reset database now.

This should fix it.
