Outgoing mail works only w/ Outlook excluded from webservices

I used to disable my firewall & antivirus to get email out. Then I narrowed it down to Avast.

With Avast disabled Outgoing email worked w/ firewall enabled.

Then I narrowed it down to Avast WebShiled…
I did the whole thing w/ ports in MailShield, but w/ MailShiled enabled w/ whatever port setting that I have, email only goes out w/ Outlook.exe excluded in Web Shield (or disabled).

Is this the correct solution in my case? (My outgoing port IS port 80)
