Hi, stop me if you’ve heard this before, Outbound emails appear to be blocked by Avast. Have 2 email accounts and the old one is fine but the new one (volunteer gig) seems to be blocked by Avast (or at least that’s what my provider says).
Anyone offer up some help?

What exact version of avast?
What exact version of outlook?
SSL mail?
Disable Outbound scanning, it is redundant, and is not compliant with some ISPs (secureserver.net from GoDaddy)
