I need help…
I am using XP with SP2, with Office 2003.
My problem is that on the On-Access Scanner of
Outlook/Exchange does not operate…
It says " the provider is waiting for a subsystem to start"
But my Outlook 2003 is already openned and any mails seems not to pass thru Avast… since Avast is still waiting for it to start? why cant it detect my Outlook 2003 that it has started already?
I tried all options, I have unistalled Avast and re-installed it… but still it cant detect the outlook 2003 program?
while when I installed Avast in my wife’s computer, when outlook opens there is an opening pop saying Avast is protecting its outlook… while when I open my outlook it doest say anything at all?
Is it perhaps, I have transferred the mail folder to another drive ? if this is the cause how can I let avast detect it?
Hope anybody can help me? I have virus coming thru my mail thru outlook… and its getting tiresome doing a full scan every 5 days…?
I am at my wits end…
