Outlook 2010 cant connect to IMAP

Hi, I’e got a strange problem on all my 3 PCs:

Outlook 2010 cant connect to the IMAP server in the local network IF I set outlook to start with the IMAP inbox folder. I get:

Protokoll: IMAP
Server: meinserver
Anschluss: 143
Fehlercode: 0x800CCCD9

If I set another start folder in outlook (outlook data file) I can open the inbox later.
Also if I disable avast it will work.
I use standard ports without encryption.
