Outlook 2010 error Ox800CCOF

Hi,

I just got a new computer, unfortunately with Windows 2008. I have 2 IMAP accounts set up and never had any problems with Windows 2007. I don’t know if this is the cause. But I am constantly getting this message:

Task ’ Synchronizing subscribed folders for ‘email address’ reported error Ox800CCOF: Outlook can not synchronize subscribed folders for ‘email’. Error: This IMAP command cannot be sent to the server before the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or Inter service provider(ISP).

I have deleted and added both email address again. The server info is correct, including type of encrypted connection and require secure password.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Holly

Export avast’s certificate and import it in Outlook.
