Outlook 2016 Avast plugin doesn't load

I have Avast Pro Antivirus 17.9.2332 (build 17.9.3761.0) and I can’t open Outlook 2016. It keeps crashing on the Avast plugin 1 of 6. Using Windows 10 Professional 1709 Fall Creators Update.
