Outlook 2k3/2k7 crash when reminder pops up

Hi, I’m using avast 4.7.942 w/ 00712-6 VPS, Windows Vista Professional, HP Pavillon ZD7000 series platform (1Gb memory), ADSL connexion (Wanadoo/Orange - Sagem ADSL router). French/E.U Platform and software.

The problem is :
When Outlook is popping up a meeting reminder (sorry, I don’t have the exact translation), it crashes (w/ Vista warning like “Outlook stops working”).

Vista (Problems reports & solutions) gave me this :

+precises that the problem is Avast! related.

I’ve been uninstalling Outlook 2K7 and reinstall 2k3, but the problem is still the same.
As soon as the pop up appears, Outlook crashes.

I’ve read issues regarding the new MS search engine … but it is built-in in Vista …
Any help will be very usefull !!!

These are both with Office Ultimate 2007 on Vista Ultimate x64.

Chances are it has the problem fixed already.
