Techie 101…what goes round comes round

I disabled ZA and only used Windows Firewall. Email worked fine.
I enable ZA only and still the OE is being selective and doing its thing sporatically. I receive the same box as above every time.

I have switched the Firewalls back and forth several times with the same result.

I am not sure what you meant by changing the info in the box. Before I change anything I need to be real sure of what I am doing.

Bob: Yes, everything is correct. I just deleted my username as I did not want it shown. And if I click on the OK several times the email will connect, but as stated above it sometimes works and sometimes comes up with the errors. Then I usually go off line and begin the process again.

VLK…perhaps Avast has come up with the solution to the ZA problem???
