Outlook pages keep refreshing

Hi there,

I’ve been using Avast Secure Browser for a couple of years now with no issue until a couple of months ago when I started having issues using Outlook pages.

Essentially when I load any Outlook account (including my work account and @hotmail accounts) the page keeps refreshing frequently. It does it mostly at random it seems, but I can reliably get it to open when e.g. opening two tabs at the same time. I wondered if it was some issue with adblocker or cookie settings, but everything I’ve tried in terms of Outlook itself hasn’t seemed to work.

I’m not the most technically adept PC user but I can usually muddle through and work out troubleshooting issues myself, but this one has me stumped. Would really appreciate some assistance!

I should add to this - this is an issue I’m having with Avast Secure Browser but not Chrome.

I’m still having this issue as well, been happening for months.

Any update on the problem. Avast Secure Browser still is reloading and reloading Outlook. Doesn’t happen on Firefox. On January 26 still a problem. When is it going to be fixed. You were going to be looking into it. What is your progress. This problem makes Avast Secure Browser a less desireable product.

I am having the same issue and have been since using avast’s secure browser at least several months ago. I have been using Chrome just for outlook but very frustrating that I can’t find the fix myself. Status update, please.
