I am using Outlook 2003, it has started the Avast Outlook/Exchange provider in the past, but suddenly the provider is not starting.
I am using build 4.8.1368.
Help!
And I am dangerously competent with a computer… in other words, not more than enough to get myself in trouble.

Ensure that the avast Plug-in in Outlook isn’t disabled.
Outlook 2003 > Help > About > Disabled items

BINGO!! Excellent… .I never would have found that, AND now found another issue with Outlook that had been disabled and I didn’t know why…
