That’s impossible to send a message via Outlook since I installed the avast VPN. I can receive but not send.
Even when the VPN is disconnect no sending message is possible.
Does somebody has a solution ?

It’s not clear what you mean: Outlook server, Outlook account or Outlook program?

As I was fed up with all that mess I dropped Avast VPN and remove it from my computer.
