You could try these:
Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
For those who can’t get past the Telephone Support - try this link. You can opt for live chat or email instead of phone Home | Official Avast Support - I would say email is the better option as it documents your issue and you have a copy in your outbox.
