P2P shield provider

Hi
I need some info regarding the P2P shield:

  1. In the help guide ,P2P shield provider settings section, there is a mentioning of: Program ,Archive and Virus page, I failed to find it in the shied settings.Where is it?

  2. What is the difference between the Normal,High and Custom settings and which is the recommended one?

There is only a Programs page, for those supported P2P applications.

I don’t know if this is any different in the Pro version but probably not.

There is the same references (Packers and Virus pages) for all of the different providers and it looks like these have been copied into providers where this functionality doesn’t exist or as I mentioned it might be that it is available only in the pro version. I don’t know as I’m using the Home version.

There is no different in the sensitivity as it is a one level, all the shield have this more as a cosmetic thing so they all look the same.

Correct, the Pro version also just have the Programs page

Oops…I was looking at the “wrong” page, I was just checking avast-ball → P2P Shield → Advanced

Yes, I saw that, but I’m using Pro, but I still looked at the “wrong” page :wink:
