Package Broken

My Avast is not updating. I’m getting the “Package Broken” error message. I attempted a manual update but that failed as well.

I have a paid software - or at least I think I still do but to be honest I don’t knowfor sure if it’s current or expired :wink: So I guess the first thing is for me to find out how to tell if I’m paid up!

If I’m not currently paid up, then I’ll just get a whole new one and start over but otherwise I need to know how to delete a paid sub and download a new file without losing out (hope that makes sense).

BTW - my other computer is still successfully updating.

Well this is weird! I just checked and it fixed itself. All updated now.

So I still don’t know if I’m currently paid up :wink:

OK, I found my account and apparently never “registered” although I did pay. My account currently seems to be a free account. Is there anyway for me to bring up a history of my previous 3 device paid account?
