I have just paid for and downloaded the internet security because of the huge attach on the internet today. It will not run on my VAIO laptop??? How can I download again without paying again??

what you pay for is the license file

It will not run on my VAIO laptop
did it come with a factory preinstalled AV ?.....like Norton / McAfee / TrendMicro...... if so this must be uninstalled before installing avast then run the vendors removal tool to clear any leftover files that may conflict http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/
