Paid 2 months ago no license

Hi, i bought a $40 license off you guys on the 3rd of May, now it never asked me for a account but it took my money and never gave me the license… I’m not to thrilled about it, I like your guys anti virus and if it had told me I needed a account to buy the product I would have done so. I have now made a account and its asking me to pay again? but what about what i had already paid for? yes I had no account but if you need an account it shouldn’t be able to take the money in the first place. if its not resolved I’m going to have to go to the bank and have it reversed for non delivery of product.
