Paid for Avast Internet Security - Didn't get the License

Hello everyone,

A couple of day ago I ordered Avast Internet Security and received the purchase order to my mail (foolishly I wanted to do a bank transactions). According to the mail I should present my commision number (or order number, whatever it is called) in the transaction, which I did. I am certain that Avast recieved the payment, however I haven’t heared a single word from them. Does anyone know who I might contact? I have tried to contact them myself but to no avail. I would be really greatfull for any help!

As far as I’m aware:
Payment by bank credit, etc. will take a little time for the funds to be ‘cleared’ (a few working/banking days I believe) into the Avast account, until that happens the sending of the license is held.

How long ago was the payment made (weekend days wouldn’t count) ?

I think you’re correct David and from my recollection having been down that road once before. However, if I recall, it took closer to 5 working days to get processed at the ‘receiving end’. :slight_smile:

Thanks I have never been down that road. But the instant on-line payment options like PayPal, etc. get an almost instant action.
