I paid for GrimeFighter but won’t work.
I got an email saying that I am now a GrimeFighter but still nothing. It says it will work after I restart my PC. I have tried this dozens of times, sometimes waiting for up to an hour but it still doesn’t restart.
I have requested my money back but nothing there either.
Once again I will send another request for my money back, worst service ever!
What os/sp are you using?
Submitting a second ticket for a refund will only slow things down and there is no need for it.
Refund can take 10 business days (2 weeks).
my grime fighter was taken down (removed) from both my computers, when i contacted avasti was told that "it was my fault".- i just don
t dig`that! >:(
GrimeFighter doesn’t remove itself automatically, so you (or someone else) must have done it.
If you have a license for it, you can install it again through control panel > software > avast > change
so why isnt the grimefighter working how bout a response from avast

A support Tech on a Saturday, not much chance of that. Not to mention, support tech respond to your support ticket, almost never in the forum.
Eddy has requested some information that will be needed to assist, whoever assists and he has user experience with this tool.
