Paid for license but no key sent ?

Hi, I paid CHF 34.90 for a license a few month ago (ref nb DR4139725356). At this time I still didn’t get any key to activate my Avast. What is wrong please ?

You could try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

In addition, I would just quickly check your Spam/Junk Mail Folders as you never know, it could have ended up there. :slight_smile:

I’m having this problem, does it take until my payment has gone through? It’s showing up in my online banking, but there is no record of me having a license apparently. I’ve tried to resend key and also restarted my laptop. I’ve been using the free version for a long time so I’m not new to using avast.
