Paid for Premier Nov 3, now saying order was canceled 3 days later. WTF???

I got this email from Avast this morning after updating my virus software 3 days ago. I had updated my software directly through the software using my paypal account, so there should not have been any issue. (and this is not about paypal, there’s plenty of money there, and, I even have transaction id and email from paypal that the order went through)

Like i said, I ordered through the software, which wasn’t a big deal in the past. Yes I’m beyond pissed at the moment because this should have been taken care of, and FWIW, I still see the transaction information on my paypal account.

If you don’t want people to order though the software, then don’t put the damn store there.
