Paid for upgrade wheres my license, seriously

Paid for license upgrade by Nexway, and installed on laptop under my sons account, but when I login on the same laptop on my account it tells me that I have free account.

Is this correct ? Surely one license is valid for a PC and not a user.

So I visit - https://www.avast.com/en-gb/resend-license-paid.php to resend license and never receive email EVER, tried this process several times and checked/searched all folders including junk and spam, no emails.

issue with the License Request page worked if you changed to the country you brought product in, for some reason I was logged onto the US site, when I changed to UK and ntered my email of registation within 5 minutes I received email… happy days again, not stressed out now :slight_smile:

Strange.
You would expect it doesn’t matter to what site you connect as the info should be retrieved from one and the same database.
