Paid for year, trying to download on new computer, won't upload

Hello,

I purchased a yearly subscription for the Professional Avast in February and I’m trying to download it on my new computer. I have tried 3 times and after a very long time ‘setting up’ a window appears that says there was an error setting up and offers the finish button. Also, the window asking for the key doesn’t come up. What am I missing?

When you download the latest version of avast - Ensure that you scroll down and select the avast direct download link for the English version and not Cnet as that is for an on-line installation (not what you want to do).
