Paid subscription gone - No help from Avast as of yet to get it back

Avast please correct my account so I can have my paid subscription back. I sent you an email 7 days ago explaining situation. You have yet to get back to me. My subscription is paid till November 2017. Please see my last topic post one week ago for more details. >:(

Nope. 15 days is not acceptable. Rules cannot be charged in the middle of the game. 1-5 days have past. I’m done being nice.

It is not 1-5 days, but 1-5 business days and that is under normal conditions, not when it is really busy.

There no rules for it.
