Hi, I’m a new user to Avast! after hearing plenty of good things. I took the opportunity to trial the product and liked what I recieved so decided to purchase the paid version of the IS.
However I’m having an irriating problem which seems to happen whenever I switch on/reset my computer. I open my liscence file using the command inside avast! and it updates my subscription information giving me my countdown of a years worth of days. However when I reboot, or come back to my computer after the power has been off it goes back to telling me that I’ve got 17 days left of a trial. I have tried to apply the file using my admin account but it had done exactly the same thing today when I booted up windows 7.
I was rather at a loss what to do and I could not find any assistance via google.
