I have a PAID subscription for 3 PCs. Four days ago I started receive a notification on one PC (only) that my TRIAL was about to expire. Obviously this is wrong!

I opened a ticket #966176 on 9/25 and got an autoreply with “We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume” and “your email is extremely important to us”. Oh really; it has been 4 days and still no response.

Yesterday I found I have both a TRIAL (expires 1 day) and a PAID subscription (expires in 6 mos). I re-applied my license file [ license.avastlic ] which seems to have renewed the trial, and fixed the problem? WHY DO I HAVE BOTH TRIAL AND PAID? THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I SHOULD HAVE ONLY A PAID SUBSCRIPTION!

FIXED or not, I am very upset about AVAST not getting back to me. What if there was a real problem and I lost my protection? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

You can want everything done yesterday but that is not gonna happen.
Learn to have patience.
