Paiement rejected for VPN licence

I try to get Avast VPN . Impossible to pay. I tried with my PayPal account and also directly with my Master card and it is each time rejected.
How can I pay for this service.

Yes I did and also could not pay. I have desactivate main of my security tools, let only avast work, without success.
