Pardon a newbie. BUT UI Failed to Load is all I get

Hello from New Jersey
I purchased Avast Internet Security (2 licenses) and the first one installed flawlessly on my Windows 10 desktop.
However, when I added it to my Windows 7-64 bit laptop, it does nothing but fail with a UI Failed to Load message
The support page seems to have nothing but the same instructions for ensuring Remote Procedure call is automatically started about 7 times.
Tried about a dozen times. no luck.
Any advice would be appreciated since I am basically running “naked”.

Same here - and not a freaking phone number anywhere to call for support???

Yeah, I’m happy with the first install.
But I need some help, and I haven’t gotten to my other issue which is the automatic renewal

Did you have any other AV or security related software installed on the system that failed ???
