you could upload the file to virustotal.com and have it checked up.
and also to be one the safe side please follow this guide and attach the logs from there we need the log from mbam, otl and aswmbr.

win32:evo-gen [[b]susp[/b]]not virus but suspicious ...... have you tested the file at www.virustotal.com

You can use mail
send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject: False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password: infected
or you can send files from avast chest

the file in question is from Pariah-Patch3.exe witch it is inside of as it its a self extractor that the extractor copies files as its copies them avast picks up Pariah.exe as win32:evo-gen [susp] I did a scan on the said website
all I see is
