I need help badly! Around 2 weeks ago everything was fine until 1 day I turned on my pc and all of a sudden avast firewall was faulty!? Won’t turn on and in addition at the same time it had decided to change my pass word so I can’t access any settings!!?? PLUS!. at the same time my network isn’t recognised anymore so I have NO internet access at all. I’m tired of trying everything possible only to have the same results time after time. Some one please have a suction for my problems. :-\
if you have lost your avast password, there is only one way…
remove and reinstall… follow instructions here. http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
