Password Check does not trigger when using pattern

Device: LG G3 with Lollipop, Official Firmware, Rooted (AT installed as root as well), avast premium

Hi, when using pattern screenlock Anti-Theft won’t recognize any failed attemps. It doesn’t matter how often I enter the wrong code (for testing purpose), it will never trigger the options I set in the password check option (taking picture and mark the phone as lost/stolen).

BUT it works when I switch to pin screenlock (did not try password). Not exactly like it should after 3 failed attemps but after 4.

Any ideas? Except using pin screenlock :stuck_out_tongue:
