Password issues

Hi…

I can not access my avast account. Password forgotten or doesn’t work, email address change since last login.
How do I access my account.
Also it appears you need to access your account to ask for help from avast support…

Hopefully someone can enlighten me on this customer service weirdness.

Hi lcw000,

The forum account is the same as the Avast account… if you are able to log in here you should be able to log in at my.avast.com or support.avast.com using the same credentials

i can see my account just fine but whatever auto update happened has locked me out. no passwords from avast or from me work. take my money & give me what???

A update of the avast software does not lock you out of your account .
