I have lost my password and can change settings. Do I have to reinstall the program or what? Help!!

Lost password Bob not registration key.

Sorry the only way round this is to uninstall, reboot and install. You will need to your registration key again, so Bob might not be far off the mark, if you have lost it. Complete the avast! 4 Home Registration form and you will receive an email from register @ avast.com (without the spaces) with your registration key.
