Password-Management doesn´t work, sync doesn´t work

Hello,

I have the same problem with the password-management, since 6 weeks.
The support also has no more ideas.

I have untested yesterday with avast-clear and reinstalled, nothing.
It’s nothing.

In Avast forums I asked my questions, nothing happens.
I can not sync. Either there is no connection to the server, or anything else.

Is Avast just looking to make money? Very sad.

this appears now since yesterday, see picture. I can not sync.

Cleanup is now no longer synonymous.

Have just repaired Avast, nothing.

Can someone help me please?

All of my devices believe they are subsequent devices. Sync won’t work. Obviously, avast doesn’t care. Many people have issues and the only answer anyone seems to get is a link to the existing articles, which don’t address the issues. I used to love Avast!

in order to turn synchronization on your computer, you need to authorize it first on another device, that is already authorized. If you don’t have another already authorized computer (or mobile phone) you need to use the link from the email that was sent to you when you turned on synchronization for the first time. The emai have subject “Your backup identity”

hello i want to edit my scan procedure on my laptop but each time i click on settings it ask for a password and i can’t remember the password i use. kindly help me on this.
