hi is there any good free password mangager program you can recommmed
also is there something available to tell if your email has been accessed from another ip ?

+2 Both are great I used Lastpass it doesn’t matter what you choose as Bob given you the link above, always set the password max length at 24 because it very strong 
I agree on both mentioned and use LastPass myself.
