I do not remember if I’ve created a password for the software. If I did, guess what! Yeah I’ve forgoten it 
Eache time I try to “open” the “a” icon to configurate the program, it asks me for a password I don’t have!
What can I do to bypass this or to create another password?

Can you confirm it is asking for a password and not the registration key ?
If so, I think the only thing you can do is to uninstall, reboot, install, reboot.
If it is a password, you may also need the avast! uninstall program to completely remove all parts of the program
before re-installing it.

i have the same problem.
when i doubleclick on the little avast button on my startbar it ask me for a password wich i have forgotten
