Hello, it hard to guess where to start with investigation. Could you please answer following questions so I know where to focus?
[ol]- Is extension’s key icon visible in browser toolbar?
- If so what happens once you click on it?[/ol]
If the extension icon is not visible in toolbar please check the extension is enabled in extensions settings:
- click on 3 dots in top right corner of the browser
- Settings panel will show up
- Check if Passwords is not greyed out
- If so click on Passwords to activate it → will become green
- Extension icon should show up in browser’s toolbar
