Btw. if you need to reach add buttons easily you can use this little trick.
Just search for something which is rare or non-existent in your data. That would cause that the list of items is none or empty, but add buttons are still visible.
But I agree with Tomas, we would like to know the use case of manual adding accounts so we can re-consider add button position taking @bradp use case into account.
