Passwords for Avast free disappeared after windows re-installation

I managed to contact support chat somehow, they told me they would contact me by e-mail soon. That was yesterday. Does anyone know how soon is soon?

Update: How can I resolve this? Still no news…

Update: Can someone please report to Avast? I know I can have my passwords working again since I have been using the feature on my devices before it got discontinued…
