Passwords Icon missing in Firefox

I’ve had the devil’s own trouble trying to get the Avast Passwords icon onto my main page in Firefox. I’ve just reinstalled Avast Internet Security AND Avast Passwords to no avail. I still can’t get the damn thing to show on my desktop.
