Passwords not saving in advast

On my partners computer when he enters a username and password on any site he is registered to, avast password has a pop up asking if he wants to save these details. On mine this doesn’t happen although my avast premium states it has password protection, but, I can’t seem to get it to work, does anyone know how I can do this please. Whenever my partner revisits these sites it automatically feels it in for him, this doesn’t happen on mine.

Do you see the Avast Passwords icon (key) next to the search bar in the browser? Please have a look at this guide to make sure that you have it set up correctly https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Use-Passwords/
