Patch3425.zip escaped

Zip file called patch3425.zip seems to have escaped from
Avast4 Server running both resident and the Exchange 2000 plugins.
The message was devilered from my Exchange server to my desktop (XP/Outlook2002) were Symantec Corporate
Edition captured the virus. The .zip contained the Netsky vorm.
Any ideas?
