My domain PATUJU.NET is not a malware url, how I can do to remove this name from the blacklist?.

You should ask avast for an exclusion for your domain on that IP, other domains on that same IP are seen spreading a worm: Win32:Sality.

Ouch, uhh. Yeah. Lol, Win32:Sality is pretty serious. Definitly a threat, and certainly why Avast! just blocked your IP.
