Payment Card update problem

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to update my expired payment card info. I have tried multiple cards and every time I submit the updated info I get the same message " Sorry, there’s been a glitch. Please close this window and try again. If the problem continues please contact support.". I have contacted customer support numerous times and I have never received an answer back. My subscription expires in 4 days. Anyone with info as to how to actually get this resolved?
