Hi. I upgraded my Avast anti virus from free to Avast Internet Security on January 6th 2016. Did the 1 month free trial and entered the payment details to charge for the $19.99/year option. After finishing all that my anti virus did not upgrade and i left it at that as it seems it didn’t work. A month later on Feb 6th i got charged $59.99! My bank said to check a week later to check if i got charged the full amount or the discounted as the transaction had not gone through yet. So it happens i got charged the full $59.99. This was using the Digital River as merchant.
So i’ve got charged 59.99 instead of 19.99 and to add salt to the wound it never upgraded at all.
Anyone who can help me with this?
