Hi there
I had the free version of Avast Antivirus, and upgraded to the pro version not too long ago, paying via credit card. The system has completed the transaction, and my money has been deducted from the account.
When I tried to access the premium account, customer support said there was no record of my email on their database.
I checked through the avast app itself, and for some reason this email popped up:
This is not my email, nor have I ever seen it before.
Would it be possible to set my account which I paid for, from the ‘‘sam419200ung55tgf@gmail.com’’ to ‘‘exclusivevillas2013@gmail.com’’.
