Payment made, no License given

Hi guys!

So here is the deal.

I already paid for the license (19.99€), and the money had already been taken from my account.

I inserted the reference asked when i made the bank transfer, already send a email reporting the situation, and until now, nothing from you guys.

Do you support takes so much time giving a answer to their clients?

Truly thinking about asking for money back. This is totally unprofessional guys.

Bank Transfer transactions can take a few days before funds are cleared.
When did you do the Bank Transfer ?

Do you mean you sent a support ticket ?
If so when did you do this and what was the support ticket ID number ?
