Payment Made Without an Account?!

I got an e-mail from Avast saying that I’d converted my trial subscription into a full version for $42.49. However I’ve only been using the free version of the antivirus without even an account connected (I made an account just to post here).
This is what happened when i tried to check to see if i even had an account with Avast. http://prntscr.com/dzvo21

Below it states an auto-renewal plan and by this point i’d like to cancel it however there doesn’t seem to be anyway to.

If that is your email address, it is not smart to post it on a public webboard as spammers will harvest it and abuse it.
